Practice currently has 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners. Two locations (Pasadena and West Covina). This provider can also work in the West Covina location if they desire.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00a.m. To 5:00p.m. (lunch from 12:00-1:00). 1.5 hours of administrative time is built into the schedule each day.
Daily clinic day will have a mix of new + follow ups about 15-18 patients on average

The office has 2000 sq. ft. of space with 4 exam rooms, 1 shot room and 1 procedure room, and two large physician offices, nursing area, kitchen space and front office/reception areas.
Computers in each room with patient information available and technology support on-site
Services include: PFT, NIOX FENO, Skin testing, Patch chemical testing, Xolair administration, Immune Evaluations, PCN testing Drug testing and food challenges
The ideal candidate would be interested in partnership that is available after 3 years with buy-in available not only into the practice but owned real estate and other revenue streams
