- $450,000 base salary plus incentive bonuses year 1; $1,200,000 – $1,500,000 earnings expectation year 2 and beyond

- Current slide volume of over 18,000 specimens annually.
- No corporate ownership: Independent, physician-owned thriving private practice with 5 MDs including fellowship-trained Mohs and pediatric dermatologists and 5 APPs
