• Two offices and one hospital with limited easy call are located in beach type communities with easy ocean access.
• Offering immediate patient load and partnership in 18 months with excellent staff and physician partner guidance
• Light call with mostly routine consults, no trauma except for occasional nasal fractures and always have each others back! And schedule you as “out” if responsible for hospital duties
• Buy-in to all revenue streams as well upon partnership

No trauma except nasal fractures. Mostly routine consults. On occasion, we may get called in, possibly once a week for an emergency such as epistaxis or a peritonsillar abscess. However, to be clear, as a practice I have set a firm standard of being very supportive of one another. No matter who is on call for the practice, we are always backing one another up and split responsibilities/consults, etc regardless of who is on call. Any practitioner in our practice will always have secondary backup for any issue especially during office hours. We always try to make the person who is “out” responsible for any hospital duties when the practice is on ER call.
