• Very busy practice.  The wait time to see a gastroenterologist for an outpatient visit is 6-8 weeks and a procedure visit is about 2 months.  Our practice is ideal for 4-6 gastroenterologists and currently we are at 3 gastroenterologists.  We have adequate outpatient volume to expand to more physicians in both the clinic and endoscopy settings.
• Support from 5 NP’s (3 PT) 5 full time MA’s and one PT
• NP’s provide out-patient GI care through new consults and follow-up patient visits.  They practice largely autonomously and request appropriate labs, x-ray studies, and GI procedures as needed
• Seeking a general GI ERCP/EUS is not required or preferred
• We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, experienced or recently trained gastroenterologist with good bedside manner.  The physician should be a team player, open to spending time in clinic and in the endoscopy center comparable to other providers.  We are open to hiring a physician who desires full partnership and is willing to contribute to the business aspect of a private practice.
• Ownership in a100% Physician owned endoscopy center with 2 rooms built in 1995 does ~30 cases per day / 600 monthly In-house pathology, anesthesia ownership is available as well
• Office is a 2 story 5000 sq/ ft. on each level with 2 procedure rooms and 8 prep and recovery rooms.  Second floor is provider offices and 6 exam rooms
• Great lifestyle—primarily outpatient GI practice with very light hospital call. Autonomy since this is a physician owned private practice.
