Houston outpatient practice with 4 providers and limited to no hospital responsibilities,
The hospitals have their own GI’s to cover if your patient gets admitted
Currently with 2 offices in Sugar Land/ South-West Houston and Katy in West Houston
Opening a new one office in 60 days in North Houston and the 4
th
office scheduled to be opened by end of 2023 South West Houston
New providers will be assigned to an office and have the responsibility to run the office
Each office will have its own ASC next to the office with the ability to do a lot of advanced cases in-house
Income guarantee model with partnership available in one year based on productivity
New physicians will be provided a backlog of patients from the practice for first year or two if needed
Ideal candidate is someone who can build their own practice
Goal to grow to 8 physician and then do minority equity sale for endoscopy centers
Lump sum EBIT pay-out will be determined by tenure and productivity
Houston 2x national avg growth, new offices are in areas that 5 ago no one went into and now have million dollar homes
Practice will hire NP’s to manage patients, the physicians are responsible to manage the NP’s
Physicians need to be articulate to interact with pt. who are well articulated pt. company policy to get to pt. < 24 hours with abnormal outcomes
Practice has a huge referral base in several suburbs in Houston
