Springfield group of 5 ENT’s if hiring to meet demand
General ENT, tonsils, tubes, some ears; interest in head & neck a plus to deal with cancers.
Standard work week of M-F with 1 1/5 days in O.R.
Support from P.A. in group as well
Guarantee range up to $400,000 is dependent upon experience and abilities
Potential earning range is up to $615,000 in the group currently
Sign on bonus of $50,000, relocation allowance, vacation, CME time and allowance, comprehensive insurance benefits package, and retirement package
Call currently 1:4 ENT rotated evenly among the group.
Any newly recruited ENT wanting OMFS and Plastics is required to participate in the facial trauma call box for the first five years
Clinic facility provides 2-3 exam rooms per provider and is located on Cox Health campus with an outpatient surgery center
Typical schedule of 30 pt./clinic day
